a not so amusing monday

Blogger has messed up my template.
I tried to fix it and ... well, lost the old template.
Now, I cannot get my columns, even though the template says it should be in columns.


I guess I should be grateful that it was only the template that got lost.....

    Blogger can be very temperamental. I have a lot of online friends who are changing to Wordpress but I'm not brave enough to make the transition!

    One word: Wordpress.

    Much less in the way of bells and whistles, but at least you can count on it to not have hissy fits all the time.

    Oh no I really like your blog header. I am a huge fan of poppies and violet sky, and violet skies.

    the second column only shows up if you open the post, not the whole blog.... aaarrgh.

    I am going to go out and play in the sunshine, instead.

    right... it is annoying that it is not showing up as it should, but it seems to work sometimes.

    I hope you get it back the way you want it. Blogger has an undelete option for deleted blogs, so I wonder if they have a way of restoring previous versions of a blog. Sorry about your inconvenience.

    I like the new look, actually. But it does suck that you can't get it to look the way you want it to look. Also, WordPress has its issues too (like the time my theme was summarily REPLACED by a lookalike theme, and all my sidebar stuff went AWOL for a while). Nothing's perfect, is it?

    Looks like you need to do some rearranging on the elements page. That's all you need to do. Just go to design.
