This postcard came from Yi-Ping in Taiwan
international postage at $1.85 domestic postage at .63¢
I am not sure I like either one of these. see more Lunar New Year stamps at Viridian's and more postcards at Postcard Friendship Friday. (I know, I am a little late for one and early for the other....)
Oh, I do like those two snake stamps and think they are very nicely done. They look like they are three dimensional which gives them a nice touch.
ReplyDeleteWow! Snakes, though a bit sinuous and more than a tad disturbing, are so graceful. I love the non-poisonous types we have here in the Pacific Northwest. These are amazing! Thank you for posting.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend and happy PFF!
They are all unique and gorgeous. The painting details are amazing!

I love the maximum card from Taiwan. I wish I had one of those.
ReplyDeleteAs drawings and as design, these succeed. However, if one is disturbed by snakes, they are a little creepy. I am a little disturbed by snakes!
ReplyDeleteHowever, thank you for sharing them with us.
I just commented on another blog entry that the snakes look scary, but the Canadian look scary as well...

ReplyDeleteMy Sunday Stamp:Year Of The Snake
Yikes, another set of snakes. Pardon me but I'm not really a fan of them. But I like them on these stamps.

The illustrations on the postcards look a little video-game-esque, but i like them. :)
ReplyDeleteI thought you might beat me to it with the Canadian stamps. Fine set of stamps; wish the UK would do something to,
ReplyDeleteI missed the linky list this week but you can see mine at http://bit.ly/YtcfT6
I like the postcards, especially the looping on the left one although I wouldn't like to meet either in the dark.
ReplyDeleteThey're very "snakey" aren't they? Nothing cute and cuddly there. :)

ReplyDeleteNot a great fan of snakes - unless they have been 'recycled' as shoes perhaps! :-)
