a beauty and a dilemma

I ask you, is this not the most beautiful tube of handcreme you have ever seen?

It is nice to have the creme in a tube so as to be able to squeeze out every last morsal.

Yet, such a shame to crush the beauty.

and yet...my winter skin cries ...

  1. Ooooh, I wants me some of that! Pretty, pretty! How does it smell? I'm really sensitive to strong, perfumy lotions. Of course, I wouldn't have to open it, I could just stare at it for hours!

  2. "Botanically lush handcreme with rich ingredients. Macadamia nut & Avocado oils are blended to comfort and soothe skin. Beneficial hydrating extracts of Aloe & Shea Butter lightly moisturise while delicate infusions of Mandarin, Jasmine, French Verbena & Cocoanut Milk leave skin deliciously fresh."

  3. OMG, that just made my mouth water a little bit! It's like reading a novel. Now I want it even more. I.must.have.it!

  4. Susan, determination pays off. I'm also sensitive to perfumed lotions, and this is natural smelling. Mostly macadamia and coconut comes through.

    Enjoy!

  5. I am always tempted by hand and body lotions, because of my dry skin and then, lured by the pretty packaging, buy them and never use them, because it is too much work. Yes, I am lazy. I guess I just don't care enough, isn't that awful?

  6. Yup, I get sucked in by pretty packages every time. But my skin hurts too much if I don't use the lotion.

  7. Another sensitive skin weighing in here: another fab hand cream is by L'Occitane. It's 20% shea butter with honey and almond extracts, as well as coconut oil. It's also quite thick, which I like. It doesn't smell as heavenly as I think yours does, though!

  8. Pinklea: I've tried the L'Occitane soap. It smells very honey-ish. You're right, not quite as heavenly as this one.

  10. RD: You are so right. And it was too expensive to have just sitting there looking pretty. Besides, you actually only need a tiny drop to do its magic, so I have started squishing...
