All the best for 2009! (And I wish I could grow flowering plants like Scarlett and Bianca. If they lived at my house, they might grow but they probably wouldn't flower. I have this effect on plants, it seems!)
Pinklea: the reason I keep going on and on about these are for the same reason - I usually cannot grow flowering plants. So I am very proud of these babies.
Wishes returned to you!
ReplyDeleteJoy for the year ahead.
Scarlett is a lovely way to begin the new year!
What a pretty girl Scarlett is! And how lovely of her to show up for the New Year!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
What a lovely plant. Mine is still an infant but it looks like it started to overcome its shyness.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you too. May 2009 bring you joy, happiness, lots of love and peace in your soul.
All the best from (unusually cold) Antwerp, Belgium.
ReplyDeleteYour Amaryllis collection is quite a success - I'm into banana trees these days (not as spectacular visually ;-)
Meggie and Susan: Isn't it just? New life.
ReplyDeleteUA: I think mine was fed some amazing fertilizer or hormones or something. Thank you for the wishes.
Peter: I like banana leaves, too - plants with an architectural flair.

AND Scarlett isn't even finished blooming. AND she has a baby sister coming up!
Happy New Year!
