This postcard came from Yi-Ping in Taiwan

below we have the two Canadian editions of the Year of the Snake postage paid cards and stamps

international postage at $1.85                                        domestic postage at .63¢
I am not sure I like either one of these. see more Lunar New Year stamps at Viridian's and more postcards at Postcard Friendship Friday. (I know, I am a little late for one and early for the other....)

  1. Oh, I do like those two snake stamps and think they are very nicely done. They look like they are three dimensional which gives them a nice touch.

  2. Wow! Snakes, though a bit sinuous and more than a tad disturbing, are so graceful. I love the non-poisonous types we have here in the Pacific Northwest. These are amazing! Thank you for posting.

Have a lovely weekend and happy PFF!

  5. As drawings and as design, these succeed. However, if one is disturbed by snakes, they are a little creepy. I am a little disturbed by snakes!
However, thank you for sharing them with us.

  9. Yikes, another set of snakes. Pardon me but I'm not really a fan of them. But I like them on these stamps.

  12. I like the postcards, especially the looping on the left one although I wouldn't like to meet either in the dark.

  13. They're very "snakey" aren't they? Nothing cute and cuddly there. :)

  15. Not a great fan of snakes - unless they have been 'recycled' as shoes perhaps! :-)
